Available materials include NBR, HNBR, FKM, FFKM, FEPM, polyurethane, PTFE, PEEK, PPS and other specialist compounds selected for high pressure, extreme temperatures, aggressive chemicals, sour service and abrasive operating conditions.
Raycom supplies hammer union seals for high-pressure flow lines, drilling equipment and well-service applications. Materials are selected according to pressure, temperature, operating media and sour-service requirements.

Raycom’s in-house CNC seal-manufacturing capability allows custom profiles and non-standard dimensions to be produced without dedicated tooling. Solutions can be manufactured from elastomers and engineered thermoplastics to meet specific equipment and operating requirements.
Raycom supplies and manufactures standard and custom O-rings and backup rings for downhole tools, valves, hydraulic equipment and Oil & Gas processing systems. Materials are selected according to the application’s pressure, temperature, operating media, sour-service conditions and extrusion-resistance requirements.
Multi-lip V-packing sets provide dependable rod and piston sealing for high-pressure hydraulic equipment, valves, well-service equipment and downhole tools. Sets can be configured using different sealing and support-ring materials according to the application’s pressure, movement and operating conditions.
Lip seals and wipers protect hydraulic and process equipment by retaining lubricants, controlling fluid leakage and preventing dirt or contaminants from entering the system. Designs are available for both rotary and reciprocating applications.
Complete redress kits support the efficient maintenance and refurbishment of upstream oilfield tools. Kits can combine O-rings, backup rings, specialist seals and associated components selected for the specific tool and operating conditions.
